Our condolences to the family and friends. The sting of death is hard for all of us. However, the bible gives us hope for the future. Perhaps you have wondered if the dead can really live again. Acts 24:15 says " There is going to be a resurrection". What can that mean for the surviving loved ones? Comfort when loved ones die; freedom from a morbid fear of death; and a "real hope for being reunited with our loved one". (John 5: 28, 29) May the bible promises bring peace and hope for the near future.

"Be still my soul
thy God doth undertake...
To guide the future
as He hath the past..
Thy hope, thy confidence
let nothing shake...
All now mysterious
shall be bright at last
Be still, my soul
the waves and winds still know
His voice Who ruled them
while He dwelt below"
The best way to gain confidence for the future, is to look back at the past. The same Lord Jesus, Who has the power to calm the waves and the stormy sea with a word, is just as alive and powerful today as He was with His disciples in that boat when He calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee. He never guaranteed that we would always have smooth sailing, but He did guarantee that we would never sail alone. As long as He is in the boat with us, we will not sink. His power is just as great today as it was then, and, more importantly, so is His love for us. He proved that on Calvary's cross, when He died, and rose again to assure us of life here and eternal life in heaven as His gift to all believers. I don't know what tomorrow holds, but I do know Who holds tomorrow in His hands, and how much He loves me. I know Paul's faith, and that of your family. That faith is what gave Paul the strength to live, and the strength to die. That is now what also gives all of us the strength to go on living, until we share that wonderful reunion together with Paul, and all believers in heaven. May that assurance of the final victory through Jesus our Savior be your source of comfort to get you through this most stormy time, until we reach the shores of our heavenly home. Our prayer and our love are with all of you. Dave and Patty Schwartz

Paul, there is so much to say about him where to start, i could start by saying how great, how smart, how kind of a man he was, but why everyone that new or has met him knows that. To me Paul wasnt just a friend of are family, he was family. I will never forget the little talks Paule and i have had, as i was growing up, he would try and give me good advice, what decisions to make,and the different options there are, now at the time i didnt care what he had to say, and he new i didnt care. but he new i was listening to him. Paul would talked to me with a calm voice was like he understood that us kids arnt perfect and are going to make some bad decisions and choices its a part of growing up, he didnt judge me or label me as a bad kid, a bad person, he cared and understood and new that i would learned from them.........Paul, thank you, than you for being the caring, kind. understanding man that you were , we will miss you, but will not forget you and your smile, and all the happiness it brought to us all, love you Uncle Paul
