William Milo Goodrich Obituary

William Milo Goodrich of Elsie, age 80, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw.
 
William was born May 13, 1940 the son of Donald and Vera (Bannister) Goodrich. He graduated from Chesaning High School in 1958 and immediately volunteered for the Army and National Guard where he was a Sergeant and Sharpshooter. He retired from GM and volunteered for hospice. William was a member of the Shriners, American Legion for 46 years, the Masonic Lodge F & AM for 24 years, the Loyal Order of Moose and the Mid MI Old Gas Tractor Assoc. for many years.
 
He is survived by his wife, Ella (Parcher, Cross) Goodrich of Elsie; children, April Cross Payton of Owosso, Victor Cross Jr. of Ashley, Ronald (Dottie) Goodrich of Saginaw, Rebecca (Lee) Speer of Freeland, and Patricia Goodrich of Freeland; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Bob (Bea) Goodrich of St. Johns. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Goodrich; son, Matthew Goodrich; granddaughter, Melissa Goodrich; and great-grandsons, Owen and Xander Cross.
 
Cremation has taken place.  His memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 23, 20201 at the Chapin United Methodist Church, 19848 South Chapin Road, Elsie, Michigan.  Carol  Kusnier  will  be  officiating.   You  may light a memorial candle or share a condolence at misiukfuneralhome.com.
