Robert Michael Adelberg II Obituary
Robert Michael Adelberg II of Saginaw passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. His age was 37 years.
Robert was born in Owosso on September 25, 1984, a son of Bob and Angie (Koch) Adelberg. He lived and attended school in Chesaning, graduating from Chesaning Union High School in the Class of 2003. While in high school, Mike played on the Varsity Football team and earned a State Championship ring. In 2007, he received his Associate Degree from Delta College. He has lived in Saginaw the past ten years, moving from Chesaning.
Mike worked as a Nurses Aide at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital. He was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church of Birch Run. He enjoyed watching sports and camping.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Ella Adelberg of Birch Run; Ella’s mother, Alyssa Adelberg of Birch Run; his fur baby, Marley; father, Bob Adelberg of Chesaning; two sisters, Hollie Adelberg and Are’Annah Messersmith-Adelberg, both of Chesaning; nephews, Caleb, Dean, and Liam; and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Angie Adelberg, in 2011.
His memorial service is to be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2022, at St. Martin Lutheran Church, 10995 Canada Road, Birch Run. Rev. James Chinery will officiate. Visitation will be at the church Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service.
