Randy L Braeutigan

BRAEUTIGAN, Randy L. – of Chesaning, died Friday, January 16, 2026, at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso surrounded by his family. He was 75 years of age.

Randy was born June 13, 1950, in Saginaw to the late Arnold and Betty (Nixon) Braeutigan. He was a resident of Chesaning his entire life and a 1968 graduate of Chesaning Union High School. He was united in marriage to Patricia Birchmeier on June 24, 1972. Randy retired from Buick in 2000 and was a member of the UAW. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, his classic cars and was a Mr. Fix-it. 

Surviving are: wife, Pat; daughters: Kristi Rosencrans of Saginaw, Stephanie Braeutigan (fiancé Terry Rawles) of Chesaning; grandchidren: Hayley Vance of Chesaning, Jordyn Rosencrans and husband Anas Abdlrazzak of Rochester Hills, Randy Rosencrans of Saginaw; grand dog, Marshall; brothers: Kim (Deborah) Braeutigan of Oakley, Carl (Cindy) Braeutigan of Oakley; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at Misiuk Funeral Home in Chesaning on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm with family members to speak. Visitation will be on Sunday from 11:00 am until time of services at 2:00 pm. Burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery in Owosso.
