Pauline Mary Webb Obituary
Pauline Mary Webb passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Memorial Healthcare Center, Owosso. She was born January 25, 1929 in Oakley, Michigan in the home where she grew up. Her parents, Louie and Agnes (Peckrovich) Basovsky, were Slovak immigrants and her home was enriched by their culture and heritage
Pauline joined the US Air Force in 1952, and during her enlistment she met Roscoe Webb, a career military man. They were married for over 60 years and “saw more of the world than most" including Europe, the Middle East, and several states in the U.S. Upon retirement, they settled in Oakley, less than a mile from the house where she grew up.
Pauline was widowed in 2014. The last year of her life was challenging, so her family is happy to know that she is at peace. Pauline is survived by her children, Gary and Sue, and their families, including eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A private burial will be held at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. A memorial mass is being planned for a later date.
