Marlene M. Hedrich Obituary
HEDRICH, Marlene M. – of Chesaning Twp. died Monday, April 8, 2024, at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso. She was 81 years of age.
Marlene was born December 26, 1942, in Gilroy, CA to the late Elmer and Doris (Lehmkuhl) Farley and was a longtime resident of Chesaning Twp. She was a 1961 graduate of Chesaning Union School. Marlene was united in marriage to Robert “Bob” Hedrich on January 21, 1961. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2016. Marlene was a production worker at various factories and drove school bus. Marlene and Bob enjoyed traveling with their canine companion, Rhylee. Marlene also enjoyed crocheting and singing and was a good cook.
Surviving are: her children: Douglas (Kathy) Hedrich of Remus, Debra (Randy) Taylor of New Lothrop, David (Kristi) Hedrich of Oxford, WI, and Danette Hedrich of Breckenridge MI; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a brother, Marvin Dale (Kathy) Farley of Clare; numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Henige.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Misiuk Funeral Home. Rev. John James will officiate. Burial to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Oakley. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the services at 2:00 p.m.
