Louis J. Hemgesberg Obituary
HEMGESBERG, Louis J. – of Owosso, formerly of Chesaning, passed away Friday, February 14, 2025, at UM Health-Sparrow Hospital in Lansing after a short illness. He was 71 years of age.
Louis was born in Saginaw on October 1, 1953, a son of the late Louis H. and Alfreda M. (Gasser) Hemgesberg. Louis had worked for the New Lothrop Public Schools as a custodian. He retired after 40 years of service.
Louis is survived by his sister, Shirley Dunbar; a brother, Gerald (Jean) Hemgesberg; and many nieces, nephews, and special cousins. He was also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Richard Palko; and brother-in-law, John Dunbar.
