John Isaac Neff Obituary
NEFF, John Isaac – of Chesaning, died Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso. He was 78 years of age.
John was born September 28, 1946, to the late Isaac and Pauline (Koons) Neff. He was a resident of Chesaning since 1984, coming from Bridgeport. He was united in marriage to Irene Vejcik Ostrander on December 5, 2004. John retired from Saginaw Steering Gear with 33 years seniority and was a member of the UAW. John loved spending time outdoors, checking out the trail cam and riding around in his Gator. His buddy, Spunky, loved taking naps on John’s lap.
Surviving are: wife, Irene; children: Kay Neff, Patti (Donald) Brcik, and Cheri (Ronald) Woodworth; daughter-in-law: Stacy Gotham; grandchildren: Tim (Jill) Woodworth, Tammy Woodworth, Amanda Woodworth, Chadd Woodworth, Brianna Brcik, Nicholas Ostrander, Alexandria Brcik, Cadon Brcik; great-grandchildren: Braydyn Dilts and Miley Hare; sister, Patsy (Robert) Van Wormer; several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by: son, Donald Ostrander, sister, Diane Taylor, and brother, Joel Neff.
