James "Jimmy C." Martin

MARTIN, James C. “Jimmy C.” -  of Chesaning, died on October 13, 2023, at Chesaning Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was 77 years of age.

Jim was born November 23, 1945, in Saginaw to the late Clyde and Louise (McPheeters) Martin. He was a resident of Chesaning the past 16 years coming from Rochester, MN. He married Karen Reid on March 23, 1998. Jim was a salesman for many years. He enjoyed playing poker, golfing and watching football.

Surviving are: wife, Karen; children: Renee (Jim) Waswick of Chesaning, Becky (Chris) Moore of Grand Blanc, Rita (Chris) Osterman of Flint, Jeff (Michelle) Chargo of Swartz Creek, Rob (Shawna) Chargo of Columbus, OH; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy Blehm of Swartz Creek; and 2 nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Fred Blehm.
