Hollie Elaina Adleberg

ADLEBERG, Hollie Elaina – of Chesaning, died Saturday, January 10, 2026, at her residence. She was 40 years of age.

Hollie was born on September 13, 1985, in Owosso, Michigan, the beloved daughter of Robert and Angela (Koch) Adelberg. She was a lifelong resident of Chesaning; a community she called home her entire life.

Hollie was a 2004 graduate of Chesaning High School and went on to earn her associate's degree in human resources. She was known for her strong work ethic and dedication, having been employed at McDonald’s in Chesaning, Home Depot in Owosso, WOAP Radio, also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and as a nanny to many of her friends' children. No matter where she worked, Hollie was respected as a hard worker who took pride in everything she did.

A woman of quiet strength and independence, Hollie was intelligent, thoughtful, and had a big heart. She loved to read and hoped one day to travel and see more of the world. She will be remembered for her striking green eyes and her kind, giving spirit.

Hollie attended Trinity United Methodist Church in the past, as well as Cornerstone Assembly of God in Beulah, Michigan, and New Wine Baptist Church in Chesaning, reflecting her faith journey throughout her life.

She shared a deep bond with her beloved soul dog, Gracie, whose companionship meant so much to her and whom she will now greet again.

Hollie’s life, though marked by hard work and quiet determination, was also filled with love, compassion, and hope. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Surviving are: son, Caleb Joshua Meyers of FL; father, Robert Adelberg of Chesaning; sister, Are’Annah Noelle Messersmith-Adelberg of Chesaning; many aunts, uncles, a niece, 2 nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by: mother, Angie Adelberg in 2011; brother, Robert Michael Adelberg II in 2022; and grandparents: Dorothea Koch, Harry Koch, and Ethel Adelberg.
