Passed away Saturday morning Nov.1, 2014 at Covenant Cooper. Age 77. His wife Dorothy passed away in 2004. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday Nov.3 from 5-8 pm. Funeral at the funeral home on Tuesday Nov.4 at 11:00 am. Pastor Tim Woycik will officiate with Burial at Wildwood Cemetery,with military honors. His children are George Jr., Burt, Vickie Deaton, Indiana, and Sondra Deaton, Burt. His 3 granddaughters Jessica, Andrea and Brittney. His sisters: Lucinda, Pearlie and Katie. His brother Donald Joe. His brother Clarence has passed away as well as a baby son Wayne. George was a veteran of the U.S. Army. George was retired from GM.
