Elmer J. Charette

Charette, Elmer J. - passed away at Covenant Health Care, Saginaw on April 5th, 2021, after a short illness. He was 78 years of age.

He was surrounded by his very good friends Roger and Tasha Gotham. Elmer was preceded in death by his parents Eva (2005) and Alvah (1980) Charette and his brother Leonard Charette (1967). He is survived by his sister Mert (Tom), his brother Alex (Kay); nieces and nephew Brad (Shelly), Tracy (Reno), Amy(Scott), Joy, & Barb; several great nieces and nephews Courtney, Rob, Jessica, Thomas, and Randi. 

Elmer worked for General Motors for many years. He was in the U.S. Army, serving a tour in Viet Nam. He had also worked in the standardbred horse industry for many years. Elmer had a great love of horses and deer hunting.

Elmer's family would like to thank Roger and Tasha for all the years that they helped Elmer and was his friend. He thought the world of you.

Honoring Elmer's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
