KOEPPLINGER, Dennis J. – of Brant, died Sunday, October 1, 2023, at his residence. He was 73 years of age.
Dennis was born December 27, 1949, in Owosso to the late John and Theresa (Coonrod) Koepplinger. He was a 1968 graduate of Chesaning Union School and a lifelong resident of the Chesaning area. Dennis was united in marriage to Judy Harris on September 26, 1970. Mr. Koepplinger retired from GM in 2000 with 31 years seniority and was a member of the UAW Local #599. He was also a member of the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering, picking, working in the woods with his John Deere tractor and was an inventor.
Surviving are: wife of 53 years, Judy; son, Jeremy “Jay” Koepplinger of Burt; daughter, Jennifer Koepplinger (Tom) of Burt; 4 grandchildren: Marissa (Tony), Colton (Olivia), Josie, and Tommy; 1 great-grandson, Greyson; sisters, Diane (LeRoy) Hafner of St. Charles, Bonnie (Scott) Lorencz of Farwell; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 1-4 p.m. at the Misiuk Funeral Home in Chesaning. Contributions in his memory may be made to Covenant Visiting Nurses Association hospice. You may light a memorial candle or share a memory at misiukfuneralhome.com.
