David L. Struck

STRUCK, David L. – of Brady Twp., died Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Durand Senior Care. He was 77 years of age.

David was born October 15, 1947, in Owosso, to the late Leo and Eladine (Nixon) Struck and was a lifelong resident of the Chesaning area. He was a 1966 graduate of Chesaning High School and then served in the US Army during the Vietnam war. He married Jean Adelberg on November 1, 1969. Mr. Struck retired from the Saginaw County Road Commission with 37 years seniority. He loved his family especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports and was very involved in their lives. He also enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing with the kids, gardening and flowers.

Surviving are: wife, Jean; children: Trisha Struck of Lansing, Mark (Robin) Struck of Chesaning; grandchildren: Nicol (Tyler) Scott of Farmington Hills, Sidnee Struck of Tempe, AZ, Mason Struck of Chesaning, Brezlyn Struck of Chesaning; great-granddaughter, Fiona McGlynn of Farmington Hills; siblings: Jackie (Jerry) Adelberg of Chesaning, Bev Wirick of Newport, MI, Charles (Dawn) Struck of Oakley; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Terry Struck in 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday, June 27, 2025, at Misiuk Funeral Home in Chesaning with military honors. Rev. John James officiating. Inurnment in Ridge Road Cemetery will be held at a later date. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 3-8pm and on Friday from 10am until time of services at 11 am.
