Darlene Betty (Reno) Fall

FALL, Darlene Betty – of Chesaning, died Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Union Court in Chesaning. She was 77 years of age.

Darlene was born September 8, 1948, in Flint to the late Denver and Marie (Sweet) Reno and was a resident of the Maple Grove Township area her entire life. She was a 1968 graduate of Flint Northwestern High School. Darlene was employed at General Motors Chevrolet Mfg. then retired from SPO with 34 years seniority. She was a member of Mt. Sinai Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montrose. Darlene enjoyed reading, visiting with friends and especially being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by: children: Crystal (Anthony) Denney of Morristown, IN, Douglas (Jennifer) Fall of Remus, Erica (Chris) Beckman of Chesaning; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; siblings: Dennis (Gartha) Reno of FL, Denver Reno of Mt. Pleasant, and Diane (Phil) Weston of Au Gres; sister-in-law, Patricia Reno of FL; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gary Fall; brothers: Douglas Reno, Daniel Reno, David Reno and Richard Reno.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Mt. Sinai Evangelical Lutheran Church, 11356 N. Seymour Rd. in Montrose, Pastor Noah Bruckshen officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of services at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Sinai Evangelical Lutheran Church.
