Austin Lee Charles Wilson

WILSON, Austin Lee Charles – of Durand, died Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at his residence. He was 25 years of age.

Austin was born January 23, 2000, son of Ron Wilson and Christina Hanners. He was a resident of Owosso most of his life. He attended Mt. Morris High School and Owosso High School. Austin was employed as a server at Black Rock in Davison and Iron Horse in Durand the past few years.

He is survived by: parents, Ron (Melissa) Wilson, and Christina (Christopher) Snider; siblings: Catherine (Dillon) Legue of Vassar, David Shaw of Grand Ledge, Nichole Dake (companion Bobby) of Owosso, Derek (Khayly) Dake of Owosso, Breann Snider of Gaylord, Alyssa Snider of Gaylord; grandparents: Ethel (Jerry) Hall of Millington, Cynthia (Bob) Thompson of Banister, and Cheryl Hanners; great grandmother, Agnes Lund of Clio; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Mike Hanley of Elsie.

A celebration of his life will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the VFW Hall, 932 N. Saginaw St., Durand, MI 48429, Pastor John Hanley officiating.
