HARRELL, Alden D – of Brant, age 68, died Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at his home.
Alden was born in St. Johns, Michigan on May 6, 1956, a son of Raymond A. and Anna M. (Siegler) Harrell. He married Kimberly A. Morris on September 11, 1982. He was a resident of Brant most of his life. He enjoyed being outside and spending time fishing or sitting by the fire, but most of all, he loved being with his family.
Alden is survived by his children, Dawn (Jonathan) Good of Brant, Kevin (Jennifer) Harrell of Ashley, Sammie (Santiago) Garza of Chesaning, Davey Harrell of Brant, Anthony Harrell of Brant, Christian Harrell of Brant, and Angel (Joel) Pratt of Middleton; six grandchildren; a brother, Robert Harrell of Brant; mother-in-law, Gail Morris of Saginaw; sisters-in-law, Kellie Harrell and Margo McPherson, both of Brant; brothers-in-law, Kevin (Sylvia) Morris of OH, Robert Morris of Midland, and Jeramie Morris of Saginaw; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Harrell in 2003, his mother, Anna Harrell in 2021; brothers, Tom Harrell in 2002 and Jerry Harrell in 2024; parents-in-law, Wayne Morris and Helen Morris; his beloved wife for 35 years, Kimberly in 2018; and an infant daughter, Toni Lynn Harrell in 1988.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Noon, Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Misiuk Funeral Home in Chesaning with Shannon Braley, Minister, officiating. The visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of service at Noon. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
