Passed away early Thursday morning, May 25, 2017, age 42, at the Hospice House of Shiawassee County, Owosso with her loving family by her side. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the New Lothrop Nazarene Church, 7406 South Saginaw Street, New Lothrop. Pastor Paul Brashaw will officiate. Her family will be present at the church to welcome friends from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of the memorial service.
Kristie was born in Alma, Michigan on January 1, 1975, the daughter of Dennis and Georgia Ann (Smith) Cutler. Kristie graduated from Baker College with an Associate’s Degree. She married Jeremy “Jay” Hemgesberg and she was a loving wife and mother of three precious children. Kristie worked as a salesperson for “Tastefully Simple” food products and also at Possum’s Party Store at Layton Corners.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jay; their beloved children, Carter, Colby, and Jersey; her parents, Dennis and Georgia Ann Cutler of Montrose; her grandmother, Eleanor Cutler of Mt. Pleasant; her parents-in-law, Gerald and Jean Hemgesberg of Chesaning; and other loving family and friends.
