Jeannie V. Sutter Obituary
Jeannie V. Sutter passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Chesaning Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Her age was 65 years.
Jean was born in Flint on May 26, 1954, the daughter of the late Robert and Bonnie Lou (Fox) Sawvel. She graduated from Chesaning Union High School in the Class of 1971. She had lived in the Chesaning, St. Charles, and Merrill areas most of her life. She had worked at various jobs.
Jean is survived by her three daughters, Stacy Sutter of Midland, Kim (Mike) Farrier of Clover, South Carolina, and Joni Sutter of Maryville, Tennessee; many grandchildren and two great-grandsons; her brothers, Gerald Courter Jr. and George Courter, both of Farwell; two half-sisters; and other loving family and friends. She was also preceded in death by her adoptive father, Gerald Courter Sr., and a brother, Robert Courter.
Cremation has taken place. Pastor John James will officiate at her memorial service at 1 p.m. Monday, August 5, 2019, at the Racy Free Methodist Church, 19983 W. Brady Road (M-57), Elsie.
