Snyder, Helen (Kmetz) – formerly of Chesaning, passed away August 21, 2019 in Denison, TX. She was 97 years of age.
Helen was born June 2, 1922 in Girard, IL. She was married to Lyle Snyder, a long time Optometrist in Chesaning where she worked and ran his office for over 25 years. Helen and Lyle loved each other as well as golfing, dancing and playing cards with friends for many years.
Surviving are: Daughters: Diane, Cathy and Cindy; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1992.
Graveside services will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Chesaning, on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Fr. William Gruden officiating. You may light a memorial candle or share a memory at misiukfuneralhome.com.
