     Passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Covenant Harrison Hospital in Saginaw, MI.  Age 87 years.  Frances was born on January 26, 1927 in Detroit, MI to the late Maximillian Latosynski and Amelia (Roesner).  Frances married Bernard Neitling on August 3, 1945.  Bernard passed away on February 21, 1991.  She worked in factories during W.W.II and she retired from Universal Electric.  Frances volunteered with Valley Ambulance, Cub Scouts, and Church.  Frances loved her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren dearly.  Frances loved sewing, knitting and crocheting, making many things for friends and family.

     Frances is survived by her children Robert (Judy), James (Penny), Richard (Kathy), Rita (Keith) Konkus, and Michael ( Mary), 15 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren, Sister Helen Mahoney, Many nieces and nephews, and dear friend Helen Gasser.

     Frances is predeceased by her parents, Husband Bernard, Son Ronald, Infant daughter Debbie, Granddaughter Amy Neitling, Grandson Daniel Neitling, and Brother Arthur Latosynski.

     Visitation will take place on Monday, December 15, 2014 at the Misiuk Funeral Home of Chesaning from 1 to 8 p.m.  A rosary service will take place at 7 p.m. Monday night at the funeral home.  The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Chesaning at 11:00 a.m.  The family will be at the church to meet and greet with friends at 10:00 a.m.  www.misiukfuneralhome.com
