May the Lord comfort you as you grieve this earthly loss! My prayers are with you all.

I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written:
“Death is swallowed up in victory.”
“O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Mrs. Foster, Rick and the Foster family,
My sincerest condolences to you, Mr. Foster was one of the good ones. Always had a smile and a wave, letting us be kids--sticking up for us when it was warranted but letting us know when we overstepped our boundaries--I'm glad I got to have him as part of my growing up years, and beyond. He'll be greatly missed by all that knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

My friendship with Dick short in the grand scheme of things,A mere five years and only through the meetings on Monday and Thursday at the church however I sat talking to him at length every meeting and got to know the man he was, a good man, dedicated to his family

My condolences to Rick and the rest of the family. Dick was a solid influence on me and all the kids in the neighborhood. I didn't realize it at the time but after spending years in the military I realize it because he was a true Marine in every way. Rest In Peace Mr. Foster, we have the watch.
