Passed away Friday July 13, 2012 at Covenant Cooper, Saginaw. Age 61. He had worked a Hehr International, Chesaning. He is survived by his brother Dennis Howell, His many nieces and nephews and his sister in law Marsha Howell. His 2 other brothers have passed away: Terry and Damon.
