Larry Dean Langworthy of St. Charles, age 57, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 12, 2018, at the Misiuk Funeral Home of Chesaning. Rev. Dr. John R. Miller will officiate. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation for Mr. Langworthy will be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday and 10:00 a.m. Monday until time of the funeral service.
Larry was born in Mt. Pleasant on August 6, 1960, the son of Robert and Bonnie (Garver) Langworthy. Larry was united in marriage with Deborah Zoellner on November 29, 1990. They have resided in Chesaning since 1996.
Mr. Langworthy worked as a Tool and Die Maker/Machinist for the Jetool division of Chesaning Manufacturing Company, Inc. since 1996. He was an outdoors man and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed wine making and gardening. Larry loved spending time with his family.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; their four children, Larry Langworthy of Chesaning, Stacy Langworthy of Kansas, LeeAnn (Art) Doyle of Montrose, and Sara (Jeff) Schmitter of Edenville; eight grandchildren, Tyler, Brianna, Charlene, Chloe, Mason, Ahlivia, Jacqueline, and Aubrey; his sisters, Roxanne (Chris) Hale of Gladwin, Pam Richards of Skidway, and his twin sister, Lori (Scott) Rowe of Tennessee; sister-in-law, Nancy Gilbert of Twining; his parents-in-law, Jim and Harriet Barror; Deb’s siblings, Cinthia Nyquist of Burt, Shelly (Nicholas) Leonard of Brant, Tina (Matt) Kralik of Florida, Becky (Doug) Cooper of Chesaning, Jamie (Kathy) Barror of Saginaw, and Tonya “Bummer” Braeutigan of Chesaning; many nieces and nephews who he thought were his grandchildren; and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Bonnie Langworthy; a brother, Bobbie Langworthy; and a sister, Sandie Fordyce.
