To Aunt Imelda's family, I am the widow of Raymond A. Yaklin, eldest son of Anthony F. Yaklin, youngest brother of your dear Mother. She & I had a long distance relationship, but I loved her dearly! We started corresponding before my wedding to Ray in 1988. I got to meet her the first time when she hosted a family reunion at her home shortly after. We got together 4 or 5 more times over the years. But we always wrote letters in our Christmas cards. I didn't get to come to her funeral, as I was grieving the loss of my husband Ray. I was just thinking about her & decided to post in her online Guestbook. She was a wonderful lady, & I wish I had come, I regret not going. I know she's in HEAVEN!!!

So sorry to hear of the pain you suffering in the loss of your dear mom. We do know that pain but also know that you must rejoice in the knowledge that she is now at peace with her Lord and will enjoy the Easter with all those who went ahead of her and welcomed her to her reward. It is so hard to see the ones we love suffer but also hard to watch them go. Just treasure the good memories you have and now is the time to share those memories.
